  Charged a 50$ cash only deposit for a non-smoking room. When I called to ask how it would be refunded to me, they informed me that a deposit payed in cash could only be given back to the same person in cash, and it must be done in person. This is impossible for me, as I was in the area on business and left quickly after my stay. They then informed me that they had proof of me smoking in the room (which I did not, I smoked off the property, as I was instructed to by the counterperson) and that they could not share the "evidence" they collected that proved it.
  
  On top of this, when I arrived the room was not made, there were dirty towels everywhere, and the bed was tossed like it had recently been slept in.
  
  During the call the attendant was curt and unhelpful, and unwilling to offer any reasonable alternatives.
