  Had to take my 3 yo niece in for a fever that wouldn't let up and was elated at the service this team provided. Nurse at the front was an older gentleman who heard us telling her this was just like Doc Mcstuffins office and he even sang part of the little song to her to help ease her nerves. After about an hour of waiting on results the Dr confirmed it was influenza gave us a prescription + advice and sent us on our way. However before we left the gentleman from before gave my niece a book and told her it was for being a good girl and taking her medicine. Overall I was just impressed with how human they made the whole experience which can easily feel robotic and cold with all the machines and sterile evrimonent.
  
  Kudos to this team and whoever is overseeing them.
