  Incompetent staff! Waiting on medical supplies for two weeks and no phone call. So I called, just for them to tell me they don’t have them and that it takes more time. Then I asked them to check and make sure it got ordered but guess what? They had my stuff and never called me. It gets better they ordered a different item because the other item wasn’t available at the moment so instead of calling me and asking if the other item was ok they went ahead and ordered it. Wow great customer service let’s order what the customer might want and thanks for the phone call
